Ms. Hernandez is a partner at The H & D Law Firm. Her practice focuses on complex family matters. 

Ms. Hernandez was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She is of hispanic descent and is fluent in both English and Spanish. 

Ms. Hernandez attended The Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She later received her Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During her time at NSU, Ms. Hernandez worked at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s office and was active in the dispute resolution clinic, focusing on family and child dependency matters. 

Prior to becoming a partner at the Firm, Ms. Hernandez worked as a family law attorney at a Miami law firm representing clients in dissolutions of marriage, paternity, child custody, child support and post-judgment actions. 

Ms. Hernandez is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar and is also active in the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar.
